Support Our Music Program November 9th

This Saturday will be our fourth annual Handmade Arts from the Heart sale.  All vendor fees will go to the purchase of new equipment for all students to use in music and instrument lessons and performances.

A sloppy joe meal will be available for purchase, too.  Again, all profits from food sales will go to the music program.

The Barton band and strings program will be performing on Saturday.  Our choir will, too!  Look at the entertainment line up for times.

If you want to support our local artists as well as help purchase some much needed equipment for our music department, come hungry and ready to shop this Saturday!  See you there.

Our 2012 Vendors

With November 10th right around the corner, we are getting ready for our third annual Handmade Arts from the Heart sale.  Here are some of the vendors and a few of their wares for 2012.

•Shanti Designs- yoga mat bags, eye pillows, yoga straps
•Peas and Carrots- lunch bags, mini mitts, hot pads, aprons
•Mill City Soap- handmade soap of all different scents
•Udaskids- vintage handmade skirts
•Pixie Spit- Quilts, aprons, yoga straps, laundry bags, napkins
•Body Bliss- natural and organic facial, skin and laundry care products
•Lily MacB LLC- homemade preserves, jams, jellies, relish, salsa, bread mix, dip and drink mixes
•Fresh and Alive Fine Art- paintings, prints, cards, t-shirts and totes
•Baroness Color- hand dyed clothing and accessories using techniques such as Batik and Shibori.
•Wonderkath- handstamped metal jewelry, leather and beaded necklaces for men, women and teens
•Poco a Poco- upcycled jewelry made from found, vintage and salvaged and broken components.
•Friends of Southwest Theater Project- sloppy joes and other refreshments
•Sassy Gladys Beads- handwoven bracelets, necklaces and other handmade jewelry designs
•Blue Daisies Designs- hand-knit felted hats, slippers and accessories, repurposed jewelry, pins
•Skirts for Peace- handmade skirts with proceeds going to famine refugees in Somalia

•XO Handworks- magnets, pins, pendants from vintage maps, scrabble letter and bottlecap jewelry
